I had the opportunity to go with my roommate to a YG concert (woohooo). If you guys don't know who YG is, he's a young rapper from California. Most of his significant hits on the radio is "My Hittas (Clean Version) & "Who Do You Love ft Drake".

Having a roommate who is from California, I'm exposed to every artist under the sun that isn't Jay-Z or Nas (Love Him). I like the fact that I'm able to listen to undiscovered artist from California and get into their music.

NYC Recap

Hey Loves, 

For the weekend I went to celebrate my friends birthday in NYC. Being home is one of the best feelings ever. I feel like every time I'm blessed with the opportunity to visit NYC I get to reconnect, regroup, and refresh. It's and AMAZZINGGGG experience being around friends and family and catching up. I swear I have to make more frequent visits. 

My friends girlfriend threw him a surprise birthday party and me and my sis Rasheda decided to make an appearance at the party.  It was so much fun! 

I swear I'm a selfie queen. I never get the chance to take full body shots of my outfits. I promise I'll get better with that!

My friend had a toy party to start off her Birthday Celebration. I knew for the event I wanted to look casual extremely casuaaaaaal. So I decided to wear some boyfriend jeans to start off the look. Soon after my extremely casual look turned into a 90s inspired Aaliyah outfit kind of thing. Which I LOVED!

It's been foreverrrr. How are you guys? Can you believe it Christmas is only 8 DAYS AWAY?  I have done absolutely no Christmas shopping ( I know I'm the worse) but honestly the whole standing in long lines, being pushed and shoved for "deals" is really not my thing. It takes away from the holiday experience so I just wait (last minute that is). This is an extremely late post, but I really wanted to share this outfit detail with you all ! It was my close friend Rasheda's 22nd Birthday and of course this was a great opportunity for friends, drinks, and laughter ! I decided to re-wear a dress I purchased last year for my trip to Vegas. The last time I wore this dress I decided to pair it with my MAC Violetta lipstick, however this time I decided to pair the dress with MAC RiRi Woo lipstick. Everything else I wore was exactly the same (dress & shoes)! I am very big on wearing an outfit more than once! Look what a change of hair and lipstick can do to the same dress ! Lol

Philly Phun (Fun) !

I had the opportunity to get away from work (woohooo) and visit my friend for Temple University's Homecoming weekend. 1. I was super excited because Philly is the one place for cheap fun. 2. It was a big reunion between me and all my friends from New York (That I miss so freaking much . . . sigh) Anyway, I left Baltimore Friday after work and it was "turn up time" immediately after I entered Philly.  I didn't take full body pictures of all my outfits but hopefully you guys will get the idea!
